RWE AG has closed its acquisition of Con Edison Clear Vitality Companies Inc., making RWE the number-four renewable power firm within the U.S. and the nation’s second largest photo voltaic proprietor and operator, the corporate says.
The newly created firm is known as RWE Clear Vitality LLC (RWE Clear Vitality).
